Texol has invested in skill, training and equipment to provide customers with a broad capability. Their highly skilled and motivated team are able to weld and fabricate a wide range of componentry.
Texol's MIG and TIG units can produce excellent results on a variety of materials from mild steel through to aluminum and stainless steel. In addition to this Texol offer a micro-weld system that is both extremely accurate and requires minimum or no polishing.
The growth and skills base of the Welding and Fabrication section within Texol has been crucial in the company's strategy development, particularly supplying product box build and panel solutions for Customers and Texol Products alike. |

Texol has made a substantial capital investment to ensure that Texol Technical Solution have increased capacity using the very latest, leading edge technology.
Now offering seven laser machines including a Trumpf 3050 and 4 Trumpf 600l which gives Texol the capability to cut almost any material with the added advantage of these machines being able to replace many secondary operations e.g. countersinking, tapping and thread roll extrusion.
All laser machines are directly linked to Texols’ cad-cam systems and IT platform giving very efficient and live access. |

Texol Solutions offer a broad range material bending capability with over ten bending machines including 6 Trump Trumabends and a versatile panel bender for larger parts.
As with the laser cutting, Texol Solutions have invested heavily to provide the very best bending technology to complement the leading edge profiling abilities.
All the new bending machines have direct communications via the network to the dedicated cad-cam systems that use sophisticated software to produce programs very rapidly and effectively. |

Aesthetics can enhance the marketability of any product and can mean the difference between success and failure in the marketplace.
Texol recognise this and put a great deal of emphasis and work into achieving the highest quality finish for customers.
Texol's‘total quality’ driven finishing, offer customers an unrivalled range of finishes from plating and painting options including screen-printing and chemical etching. |

Texol can offer a variety of finishing solutions. Our extensive capabilities and equipment range from general purpose de-burring using a variety of “Vibratory Barrel” type equipment which is suitable for general purpose rag removal, through to customer graded de-burring.
The surface grinding, both wet and dry includes small part finish to 900mm wide components, producing very high quality finishes. Finishes can either be to Texol's own internal Grade A, B or C standard or as specified by the customer. Wet grinding will produce a very fine finish using a four head grinder with no distortion due to heat dissipation.
Texol ensure that finished parts have the highest possible quality to enhance the look and feel of the product. |

Texol have developed the capability to work with a wide range of materials. Investing in the latest technology and machinery means that Texol can work with materials such as: copper, zintec, coated steel, plastics, aluminium, stainless steels and other non standard metals.
Texol can produce parts cut from 0.25mm to 25mm mild steel, 12mm thick aluminium and stainless steel up to 20mm, handling sheet sizes to a maximum of 3m x 2.5m.
As a market leader Texol’s experience working with a diverse range of materials enable customers to implement new material solutions. |

Texol have a full range of Power Presses from 10 ton through to 250 ton with roll feed and coil feed options. Texol has developed an impressive Power Press capability, which offers customers the best option for parts using, specialised and quality customised pierce, punch and form tooling.
An added advantage for customers is that Texol’s own Toolroom design and manufacture the Power Press tooling directly as well any repair and/or refurbishment which reduces the cost of tooling and the fast turn around service reduces project cycle time and delays. |

To augment Texol’s Toolroom activities and Production line, the company have made a significant investment to procure several Machining Centres as further evidence of Texol's drive to stay at the leading edge of Metal Fabrication technology.
The Machining Centres offer a solution for 800mm x 500mm x 300mm range which also includes high speed drilling and tapping. Each machine has DNC links to our networked CAD systems where Texol’s Production Engineers can; using dedicated software, program jobs offline with the machines able call them up over the network. |

Texol has the very latest metal fabrication technology with some of the lasers able to drill, tap, countersink and produce thread rolled extrusions but there will probably always be a need for secondary operations.
Texol's Stud Insertion and Rivet section has a full range of insertion equipment. These range from stand alone single turret machines which can insert a wide variety of studs, standoffs pems etc, multi anvil machines which can populate a series of insertions, through to full CNC Rivet Machines which can insert a full suit of parts, using various styles of rivet fixtures, which again are designed and manufactured in-house. |
