As well as a team of highly skilled mechanical assemblers, there is a range of automatic and semi-automatic equipment including CNC, riveting machines, PEM insertion machines, etc, to allow assembly of mechanical sub assemblies for Texol's box build section or direct to Customer production lines. |

Texol Solutions Box Build section is a separate process from simple Mechanical Assembly of parts and has developed a separate skills base to provide Texol with a distinct and highly effective box build capability.
Box Build entails the organising and merging of metal parts, mechanical sub assemblies, electronics, harnessing, pneumatics and cosmetically finished outer shells together to allow complex high level modules and products to be manufactured.
Texol’s Mechanical Engineers have developed first class facilities and processes to be able to deliver box build solutions – an area critical to Texol’s future successes as the company becomes established as a Products Solutions provider for Customers and Texol Products alike. |

Texol's experience and knowledge of Mechanical Assembly has grown since the company was established and so has the skills and experience of test and inspection, especially for final products on behalf of customers or for Texols’ in-house product range. Texol's team of assemblers and engineers are well aware of the critical importance of the final product being delivered directly to the end customer having to be perfect from the functional as well as the aesthetic perspective.
Texol can operate customer supplied electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic and cosmetic testing and inspection to extremely tight specifications and are increasingly asked to develop and implement customised test solutions to the extent that this has now become a separate service. |
