Everbuild Building Products Ltd are a leading UK manufacturer of professional and DIY adhesives and sealants. Their vast manufacturing facility in Leeds houses chemical blending, sealant manufacturing and powder adhesive production.
When they recently created a custom manufacturing area for a new adhesive product, they turned to Texol for assistance with their nitrogen blanketing requirements. Texol's experienced engineering team were able to advise on the best solution for the application, and installed a GA40 industrial nitrogen generator providing up to 54 Nm3/hr of blanket gas at 98% purity. Everbuild's Technical Director, Gary Southerington, comments "We have found the reliability of the machine excellent and cost savings compared to bottled N2 are dramatic. We are highly delighted." |

Texol US is the new main distribution and service channel for our gas
generator range in the USA. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, the Texol US team
have vast experience in the analytical equipment sector, and have already
been supplying and supporting the Texol range for many years.
Members of the US team recently spent several weeks in the UK at Texol
headquarters in Dundee for information exchange and product training.
