Texol have the capability to manufacture and test PCB assemblies using the full range of technologies and processes.
Texol offer an assembly process geared up to high volume manufacture and service with a skills base that is flexible and responsive. The investment in technology and training has allowed prototypes of one to small batch production through to higher volumes to be produced cost effectively.
Texol's Electronics section are able to build PCB’s totally by hand, semi automatic to a full SMT production line process. |

Texol’s Electrical & Electronic Services have grown from an initial embryonic group to become an established key section within the Technical Solutions department.
From one-off prototypes through alpha and beta batch builds and into medium volume production runs, the Electronics Assembly facility can rapidly produce fully constructed and tested PCB assemblies using either SMT or PTH technologies. Allied to the harness manufacturing capability Texol can produce all types of harness assemblies including audio/video, power, RF and small signal.
The automated and semi-automated manufacturing processes ensure a fast set-up and delivery response for customers. |
